Job Title: Sales Manager (Minimum 1.5 Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with at least 1.5 years of experience in sales. The candidate should be an expert in lead generation, sales conversion, client relationship management, and team coordination to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and market prospects.
Prepare sales reports and maintain sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support and guide sales executives to improve performance.
