About the Role
Brands Accord LLP is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about sales and business development, this opportunity is for you.
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers across various industries and markets.
- Generate quality leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements and evaluating their potential.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Candidates pursuing education through Distance Learning or Open University are also welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and internet research.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, or sales will be an added advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
