Manage operations of multiple café outlets within the assigned region
Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, service excellence, and operational SOPs
Monitor outlet performance through regular reviews and store visits
Control food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses
Recruit, train, coach, and develop Café Managers and store teams
Ensure high standards of customer experience and guest satisfaction
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational reports to improve performance
Handle customer escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively
Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for smooth business operations
Drive local store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
Manage inventory levels and minimize wastage across outlets
