Position Overview
Sunburn Union is looking for energetic and responsible candidates for the Production Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling event production activities, coordinating setups, managing operational support, and ensuring smooth execution of events and venue requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in event production and operational setup
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams
- Handle stage setup, sound, lighting, and event arrangements
- Ensure smooth execution of events and daily operations
- Monitor production timelines and support event coordination
- Maintain inventory of production materials and equipment
- Assist in logistics, transportation, and material handling
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety of equipment
- Support the team during live events and peak operational hours
- Handle last-minute operational requirements efficiently
Requirements
- Prior experience in production, events, hospitality, or operations preferred
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and late-night events
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of event production and technical setup is an added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
