Aspire Structural Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Structural Draftsman with 10-12 years of experience in RCC structural detailing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a structural drafting team while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and engineers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in RCC Structural Detailing.
- ITI Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in leading and managing a structural drafting team.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in interacting with clients and consultants for approvals and technical discussions.
- Ability to interpret structural calculations, design drawings, and project specifications.
Mandatory Project Experience
Candidates must have extensive experience in the structural detailing of:
- Multistory RCC Buildings
- Commercial Buildings
- High-Rise Apartments
- Educational Buildings
- Hotels & Resorts
- Hospitals
- Religious Structures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Steel Structural Detailing will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural drafting software.
- Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be preferred.
