Job Role - Sponsorship Sales

What the role actually is
You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to close — securing partners for our forums, award galas, reports, and research events. You build your own pipeline and you close through value, not pressure.
What you'll do:
- Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals
- Negotiate deals and consistently meet targets
- Work with our marketing and events teams to deliver exceptional value to sponsors
What you bring:
- Proven experience selling solutions, not commodities
- A real obsession with customer delivery and outcomes
- Strong communication and confidence with senior stakeholders
- A track record of generating leads and building a client base
- Sharp instincts and the ability to close through value
- Energy for a fast-paced, goal-driven team
- Knowledge of media, events, or related industries (a plus)
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 - 5 years of experience
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
