Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in the electronics industry. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, explaining product features, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain electronic products, features, specifications, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of electronic products and consumer electronics.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive in the electronics industry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
