Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for interior, construction, and signage projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, price negotiations, purchase order processing, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for ongoing projects.
· Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
· Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
· Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
· Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand procurement requirements.
· Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely availability at project sites.
· Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
· Track order status and resolve supply-related issues.
· Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores team to avoid shortages or excess stock.
· Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of procurement experience in the Interior, Construction, or Signage industry.
· Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
· Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with interior fit-out materials, construction materials, signage components, hardware, electrical items, and fabrication materials.
· Strong vendor network within the interior, construction, or signage industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
