The Sales Manager – Automobile Sales is responsible for leading the sales team and achieving monthly and annual vehicle sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and smooth showroom operations. The role includes managing sales consultants, monitoring enquiries and retail conversions, implementing sales and marketing activities, and ensuring effective coordination with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery departments. The Sales Manager is also responsible for team motivation, performance monitoring, customer complaint handling, market analysis, and maintaining accurate sales reports as per company and manufacturer guidelines. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills with good knowledge of automobile dealership operations and sales processes. Prior experience in automobile sales and team handling is preferred.
