Job Summary:
The Hospital Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting patients, handling patient registration, appointment booking through hospital software, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth patient flow with professional and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide patients, visitors, and attendants courteously.
- Register patients and manage appointments through hospital software.
- Handle front desk inquiries, phone calls, and patient coordination.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, billing, and diagnostic services.
- Maintain patient records and reception-related documentation.
- Provide accurate information regarding appointments, consultations, and hospital services.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism at the reception desk.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate hospital appointment software.
- Good interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Prior hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
