Job Title: HR Executive
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or PGDM in HR (preferred).
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Conduct background verification and prepare offer letters.
- Organize onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Support initiatives to promote positive workplace culture and engagement.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
- Draft HR policies, letters, and official communications.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate post-training effectiveness.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR reports (attrition, headcount, recruitment status, etc.).
- Support management with HR data insights and recommendations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
