Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly operational and compliance audits across Air Export, Air Import, and Sea Export departments.
- Review shipment files, documentation, customs compliance, regulatory approvals, and operational adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, customer requirements, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
- Maintain compliance scorecards, audit reports, and non-conformance registers.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, revenue leakage, and compliance deficiencies.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor implementation.
- Conduct branch audits and ensure standardization across all locations.
- Track KPI compliance, invoice TAT, documentation accuracy, and escalation management.
- Support ISO, quality management, and internal audit initiatives.
- Submit monthly compliance reports to management highlighting observations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
