Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled O&M Engineer to ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of our solar power plants in Rajkot.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitoring: Use SCADA and other tools to monitor solar plant performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections for safety and operational standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and generate reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Experience: Fresher will work if eager to grow in renewable energy sector
- Skills:
- Proficiency in monitoring systems and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of solar PV technology and maintenance practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
