The NAPS Apprentice Trainee – Production & Assembly is an apprenticeship role designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience in automotive manufacturing. Trainees will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to learn production processes, assembly operations, machine handling, and quality standards while earning a nationally recognized apprenticeship certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production and assembly operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Operate machinery and production equipment under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Participate in training programs to develop manufacturing and technical skills.
