Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Consultant to join our team as an Offshore Quality Assurance Engineer supporting the ANZ region.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud testing, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying and troubleshooting defects, and ensuring the quality and performance of B2B Commerce Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive QA and testing strategies for Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud environments.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in test planning, test case preparation, test execution, and defect management.
- Validate business requirements and ensure solutions meet expected quality standards.
- Engage directly with stakeholders and clients as part of project delivery and support.
- Provide clear and professional communication regarding testing progress, defects, risks, and quality status.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant QA/testing experience, with 6+ years preferred.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience identifying, reporting, and troubleshooting defects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent professional communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment while supporting the ANZ region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certification(s) are highly desirable.
- Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with QA and defect management tools.
