Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Diploma in Architecture
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design
- Architectural Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural and interior projects between the office and project sites.
- Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural drawings and documentation.
- Interpret and understand architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and coordination.
- Conduct site visits, monitor work progress, and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
- Ensure drawings are updated according to site requirements and design revisions.
- Support senior architects and project managers in day-to-day project activities.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and office staff.
- Knowledge of building construction and execution processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or other architectural software will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
