We are looking for a Hiring Manager for our business domains, who will be responsible forleading and managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent aligned with the organization’s goals. You will develop effective hiring strategies, oversee recruitment operations, and collaborate closely with department heads to fulfill workforce requirements across IT and Non-IT functions. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all departments and levels.
- Partner with department heads and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high - quality delivery.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for both IT & Non-IT roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals etc.
- Coordinate interview processes, manage candidate communication, and oversee offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, recruitment best practices, and compliance standards.
Requirements And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Demonstrated experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple functions.
- Proven experience in international or cross-border hiring; GCC experience preferred.
- Excellentstakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools(e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
