Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent sales skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide guidance in selecting jewellery pieces
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom display and stock arrangement
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
- Stay updated with current jewellery trends and designs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery designs
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets
- Basic computer skills for billing & inventory management
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
