Chaithanya Granites & Marble is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to engage with potential and existing customers, promote our products, and support customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers via phone calls.
Introduce and explain the company's granite, marble, and related products.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Invite customers to visit the showroom for product demonstrations and consultations.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
Collect customer feedback regarding products and services.
Provide post-sale customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update lead information in the database.
Coordinate with the sales team to support customer requirements and appointments.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
