A1 SKC Food Product Pvt Ltd is a growing FMCG company manufacturing quality food products. We are expanding our HORECA and Institutional channel across Coimbatore region.
Role Summary:
We need a field Sales Executive to handle direct sales for Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Bakers - HORECA and Institutions like Hostels, Canteens, Corporate mess, Hospitals, Colleges across Coimbatore region.
Territory Coverage:
Coimbatore City, Gandhipuram, RS Puram, Peelamedu, Saravanampatti, Thudiyalur, Pollachi, Udumalpet, Tiruppur, Avinashi, Palladam, Erode, Perundurai, Mettupalayam, Karur, Dharapuram + nearby areas
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development: Build relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Bakeries, Caterers, Institutions across assigned territory
2. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly volume and value targets. Focus on new outlet acquisition + existing outlet growth
3. Product Promotion: Demo A1 SKC products to chefs, purchase managers, F&B owners. Push premium SKUs
4. Order & Collection: Take orders, follow up for payment collection, coordinate with distributor for delivery
5. Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor schemes, pricing, new launches. Share daily market report
6. Institutional Sales: Pitch to college hostels, hospital canteens, corporate mess, marriage halls for bulk orders
Requirements:
1. Education: Any degree. MBA Marketing preferred
2. Experience: 2-4 years mandatory FMCG sales experience in HORECA/Institutional channel. Food/Beverage background must
3. Skills:
- Strong B2B negotiation + closing skills
- Route planning for Coimbatore region
- Basic Excel for DSR
- Tamil + English communication
4. Other: Own 2-wheeler + Valid DL + Android smartphone mandatory. Local candidate from Coimbatore region preferred
