Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional qualification in Store Management or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control.
- Experience in handling dispatch, inward and outward material movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor inward and outward material transactions.
- Ensure proper storage of finished goods and raw materials.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize stock losses.
- Prepare store reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store area.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle manpower and store operations independently.
Industry Preference:
- FMCG industry experience is mandatory.
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience and qualification).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
