Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries across all platforms linked with the brand (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, Website chat, etc.)
- Handle order-related queries, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and general customer concerns
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written & spoken)
- Understand customer issues empathetically and provide effective solutions
- Maintain a problem-solving mindset and ensure timely resolution of queries
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns
Skills & Requirements
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong empathy and patience while dealing with customers
- A proactive query-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple conversations across platforms
- Basic computer knowledge
Working Details
- Working Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: As discussed during the interview
Salary
- Salary will be based on skills, experience, and interview performance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
