We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with a specialization in SAP technologies to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment, identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier SAP professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, particularly within the SAP ecosystem, and a proven track record of successful placements. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various SAP-related roles, including SAP Consultants (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR, ABAP, Basis, HANA, S/4HANA), SAP Architects, Project Managers, and other specialized SAP positions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and database mining, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, specifically for SAP technical and functional roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP talent for current and future hiring needs within the IT sector.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, provide market insights on SAP talent, and manage expectations.
- Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in SAP recruitment and the broader IT talent landscape.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events as needed to attract top SAP talent.
