Job Summary
Andison Global LLP is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities at project sites in and around Devprayag, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Diagnose technical faults and carry out corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules.
- Ensure proper functioning of tools, machinery, and site equipment.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Follow company safety procedures and site regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams for timely completion of tasks.
- Report equipment issues and recommend improvements.
- Support commissioning and testing activities when required.
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Good knowledge of various test equipment.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related technical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant technician experience .
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
- Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance practices.
Skills Required
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in field conditions and remote project locations.
- Time management and attention to detail.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working on infrastructure, utility, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the project area as required.
