Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and experienced Personal Health Assistant / Nutritionist to provide healthcare and wellness support for a private family. This is not an office-based Personal Assistant role. The position is focused on coordinating the family's health, nutrition, and overall well-being.
The successful candidate will work closely with family members, healthcare professionals, and household staff to ensure personalized health management, dietary planning, and wellness coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall health and wellness requirements of the family.
- Assess nutritional needs and prepare personalized diet plans for each family member.
- Coordinate with chefs to ensure meals are prepared according to prescribed nutritional requirements.
- Monitor adherence to diet plans and recommend modifications when required.
- Track health parameters such as weight, blood pressure, blood sugar (if required), and maintain health records.
- Coordinate doctor appointments, medical check-ups, laboratory tests, and follow-up care.
- Maintain medical records, prescriptions, and medication schedules.
- Educate family members on healthy eating habits and lifestyle practices.
- Liaise with doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote preventive healthcare and overall wellness within the household.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Nutritionist, Clinical Dietitian, Wellness Consultant, or Family Health Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition planning for seniors, adults, and children.
- Experience managing therapeutic diets for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and weight management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple healthcare providers and household staff.
- Professional, compassionate, and discreet.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Nutritionist.
- Experience working with private families, wellness centers, hospitals, or concierge healthcare services.
- Basic knowledge of health monitoring and preventive healthcare practices.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
