Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is eager to learn search engine optimization, content marketing, keyword research, and website performance optimization. This internship offers hands-on experience working with real-world SEO strategies in a fast-growing AI startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and search trends.
- Assist in optimizing website content, landing pages, blog articles, and product pages.
- Perform on-page SEO activities including meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking.
- Support content creation efforts by suggesting SEO-friendly topics and keywords.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
- Assist in backlink research and outreach campaigns.
- Track and report SEO performance metrics and rankings.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Help optimize website structure and user experience for better search visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and search engine ranking factors.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of HTML and website structure is an advantage.
- Interest in AI, fashion technology, e-commerce, or digital products.
