Key Responsibilities Tele calling & Customer Handling Attend inbound calls from dealers, distributors, and end users. Make outbound calls for enquiry follow-ups and lead generation. Provide accurate product information (water tanks, bath fittings, sanitary products, etc.). Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times. Dealer & Distributor Coordination Handle queries from channel partners (dealers/distributors). Support order processing and provide status updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Internal Coordination Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Service teams for timely resolution. Escalate issues when required and ensure closure. CRM & Data Management Update and maintain customer records in CRM. Track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status. Generate basic reports using Excel. Digital & Social Media Support Knowledge in social media posting (product promotions, updates). Respond to basic online enquiries, if required. Required Qualifications Minimum Graduate (preferred).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
