Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts. This role focuses heavily on identifying and verifying leads using LinkedIn and internal databases, managing CRM data and LinkedIn messages. You’ll play a key role in building the top funnel of qualified prospects for our sales team.
Note: Training will be provided for the right candidate. If you're a fast learner, fluent in English, and confident speaking to customers, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Intelligence report data
- Search and identify potential customers from internal databases and LinkedIn
- Cross-verify lead information and maintain accurate records in Excel and CRM
- Upload and update lead data in CRM platforms (e.g., FreshSales, Apollo) regularly
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects via LinkedIn reach-outs
- Engage prospects with clear and confident communication in English
- Support the sales team with lead qualification with right research data
Requirements:
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn CRM tools (e.g., FreshSales)
- Fluent in English
- Organised and capable of managing large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets
- Confident communicator with a positive, self-driven attitude
- Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but not required
