Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated law intern who is currently pursuing an LLB and is interested in gaining practical exposure in corporate laws, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance. The intern will assist the legal team in research, documentation, and compliance-related work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal research related to corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and government regulations.
- Support the team in drafting legal documents, agreements, and notices.
- Review and organize legal and compliance-related documents.
- Help in preparing legal summaries and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance requirements.
- Assist in maintaining legal records and documentation.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day compliance and regulatory tasks.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of corporate laws and legal procedures.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Good drafting and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle legal documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and legal documentation formatting.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an LLB (a 3-year or 5-year law program) from a recognized university.
Preferred Experience:
- Freshmen / law students looking for internship opportunities.
- Interest in corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prior internship experience in a law firm or consultancy (preferred but not mandatory).
