Key responsibilities:
- Maintain Good warehouses practices as per CQA norms.
- Maintain GRN and Putaway TAT as per company norms to avoid detention and increased productivity
- Ensure delivery orders are dispatched within timeline for Short for supply and regular stock as per TAT.
- Observation and training to associates to get their best output.
- Inventory management- Maintain 100% stock accuracy by using the best methods i.e. correct GRN, correct dispatch and cycle counts of stock regularly.
- Implementation of 5S in warehouse to get best output from team
- Strong alignment with EWM systems to avoid any gap in system vs physical.
- Strong alignment with TMS-Pando system for on time dispatches.
- Maintain quality compliances as per Corporate quality audit team for any surprise audit.
- Coordination with housekeeping team for best hygiene practices.
