Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for clients across India. The recruiter should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and be capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and technical skills.
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary packages and explain company policies to candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in ATS/Excel.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hires.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience in hiring for Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Full Stack, QA, SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with permanent and contract staffing.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills.
- Experience working with product-based or service-based companies.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
