Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Yarn Trading & Marketing team in day-to-day activities.
- Learn about different yarn products, counts, and their applications.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Support in preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and following up with customers.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Assist in yarn sample development and customer approvals.
- Conduct market visits along with the marketing team to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sales and marketing activities.
- Continuously learn about the textile market, yarn products, and customer requirements.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and travel for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of textile/yarn products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
