Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Foster a positive and professional workplace culture.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit management processes.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and employee-related communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
4. Policy Compliance & Documentation
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee records and HR activities.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR audits and documentation reviews.
5. Communication & Coordination
- Draft professional emails, notices, policies, and employee communications.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related activities and initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
- Represent the HR function with professionalism and confidentiality.
6. Learning & Development Support
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Track training attendance and maintain learning records.
- Support performance improvement and career development programs.
Required Skills & Competencies

Preferred Profile
- MBA in Human Resources preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Experience handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and basic labor law compliance will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
