Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
- Achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when required
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer handling, sales, or relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM software familiarity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Two-wheeler license preferred
