JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate and growth-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion for our CA firm providing CFO services. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term business engagements. The BDE plays a critical role in positioning the firm’s CFO services, including accounting, audit support, compliance, and financial advisory, to meet client needs while ensuring sustainable business growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound activities.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients for CFO services.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches explaining the firm’s offerings (accounting, compliance, MIS, CFO advisory, etc.).
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose customized solutions.
* Prepare proposals, engagement letters, and commercial discussions in coordination with management.
* Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate with operations, accounts, and audit teams during client onboarding and service transition.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
* Support branding, marketing campaigns, and business promotion initiatives of the firm.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP AND COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the initial point of contact for new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
* Maintain continuous engagement with clients to understand evolving business needs.
* Coordinate internally to ensure commitments made during sales are delivered effectively.
* Address client concerns during initial engagement stages and ensure satisfaction.
* Work closely with Customer Relationship and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

TARGETS, REPORTING AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
* Achieve assigned revenue targets, conversion ratios, and business development KPIs.
* Provide regular reports to management on lead status, conversions, revenue pipeline, and business performance.
* Track performance metrics such as client acquisition cost, lead conversion rate, and client retention.
* Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
* Ensure transparency and accountability in all business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in finance, CA firms, or professional services).
* Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, or CFO services is an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
