Summary:
The Sales Coordinator job requires management of B2B Sales leads for timely revenue generation. This will involve quotation generation, OEM order placement, order fulfilment, and post-sales coordination with the technical implementation, support, and billing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with customers and sales partners to ensure timely order closure.
- Coordinate with management and OEMs for price quotations and support pricing negotiations.
- Liaise with external logistics teams to track and manage orders requiring physical delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on payments with customers and partners to ensure timely collections.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Manage sales-related documentation, including bank guarantees, bids, SLAs, and tenders.
- Maintain a strong results-driven approach to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance and business growth.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in IT/Software or outbound sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.

- Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales coordination or sales management.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in sales, marketing, technical sales, or tele sales.
- People management skills are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
