The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative activities, employee coordination, recruitment support, record management, and HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases. Prepare HR documents, letters, reports, and employee communications. Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management. Support payroll inputs and maintain related records. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. Handle HR documentation and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹22,500.00 per month
