About the Role:
The Loan Executive will assist customers in obtaining suitable loan solutions for property purchases and other financing needs. The role involves coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and clients to ensure smooth loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding available loan options and eligibility criteria.
- Guide clients through the loan application process.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals.
- Follow up on loan applications and track their status until disbursement.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with lender requirements.
- Resolve customer queries related to loans, EMIs, interest rates, and documentation.
- Maintain records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Prepare periodic reports on loan processing and conversion status.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
- Experience in loan processing, banking, financial services, or real estate finance preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of home loans, mortgage loans, and loan documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

- Timely processing of customer loan applications.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, loan processing, financial services, real estate finance, or customer relationship management.
Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
