Clinical Evaluation & Diagnosis
- Conduct comprehensive tests to assess hearing, balance, and vestibular functions.
- Evaluate patients for speech, fluency, articulation, and voice disorders.
- Diagnose swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) and assess cognitive-communication impairments.
- Interpret audiometric and tympanometric data to determine the nature and degree of hearing loss.
Treatment & Rehabilitation
- Develop and execute individualized therapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Administer speech and language exercises to strengthen muscles used in speech and swallowing.
- Program, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
Patient Care & Collaboration
- Educate patients and their families on hearing loss prevention and therapy management.
- Collaborate with medical teams, including ENTs, neurologists, and pediatricians, to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, track patient progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualification : MASLP / BASLP
Experience : 1-3 yr experience in hospital as audiologist & speech therapist
