· Prepare and study valuations
· Financial Modelling
· Prepare information memorandum , corporate presentations, pitch deck
· Arrange investors meets and roadshows
· Perform due diligence, research analysis and documentation of live transactions
· Cognizant of current news, relevant events and critical issues.
