About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and technically skilled Technician to join our plant maintenance team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery in FMCG, bottling, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of plant machinery on a daily basis
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
Diagnose equipment faults and implement corrective actions efficiently
Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and coordination with operations teams
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment history records
Ensure adherence to industrial safety standards and maintenance protocols
Support continuous improvement initiatives for machine performance and reliability
Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for repairs and spare management when required
Required Skills & Expertise
Experience in bottling line maintenance
Knowledge of FMCG plant maintenance operations
Exposure to pharmaceutical machinery maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
Understanding of industrial safety practices and maintenance procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
1–5 years of relevant plant maintenance experience
