Not looking for “just order-taking” bartenders. We want people who can run a section, hold a conversation, move fast under pressure, and make the bar feel alive.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare classic & signature cocktails
- Handle bar mise en place and daily prep
- Engage with guests confidently
- Maintain cleanliness and bar standards
- Coordinate smoothly with floor & kitchen teams
- Handle rush hours without melting into decorative garnish
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Freshers are also welcome
- Good English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits & bar workflow
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Fast, clean, organized working style
- Candidates with exposure to high-volume bars, fine dine, gastropubs, or cocktail-forward venues will be preferred
SALARY
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on experience, skill level & venue exposure)
