Job Title : Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring new-to-bank customers and promoting banking products to existing clients. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, and cross-selling to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and promote bank accounts and banking products.
- Generate business leads through marketing activities, field visits, and tele-calling.
- Meet potential clients and explain banking products/services.
- Ensure customer profiles meet bank compliance and quality standards.
- Verify and check KYC documents during account opening.
- Support onboarding activities by coordinating deliverables such as cheque books and debit cards.
- Assist customers with Mobile Banking and Net Banking activation.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Cross-sell banking products to existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Regular candidates only)
Experience: 1.5 – 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and business development experience
- Customer relationship management
- Lead generation and cross-selling skills
- Knowledge of KYC and banking processes
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
