Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and drive store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the store team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment requirements.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and store administration.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations professionally.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
