Key Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of the HVAC Field Sales Executive/Manager is listed below.
1. Sales Generation & Business Growth
- Identify and approach potential clients including interior designers, architects, HVAC consultants, contractors, builders and property owners.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans.
- Achieve sales targets for HVAC systems and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
2. Technical Consulting & Site Surveys
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements.
- Carry out heat load calculations and system selection.
- Recommend energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
3. Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
- Present quotations and negotiate terms with clients.
- Close deals effectively to achieve revenue targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Secure repeat orders, service contracts, and referrals.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Provide client feedback to management.
- Prepare and submit work estimates and ongoing project cost sheets.
6. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams.
- Ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience: Must have 2 to 5 years in B2B and B2C HVAC sales and related co-ordination.
· Education: Preferably a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering. Equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC system, design, energy saving technologies and system installation.
· Communication: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Sales Skill: Must be proficient and proactive in field sales, meeting contractors, builders, brands, property owners and consultants. Willingness to travel to client sites.
· Driving License: Having a two wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
