You could be a great fit if you have:
→ 5+ years of experience across HR Operations, HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition
→ Strong experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
→ Exposure to IT Services, SaaS, IT Consulting or Technology environments
→ Good understanding of Indian Payroll & Statutory Compliance
→ Experience with HRMS, ATS, Excel, Naukri & LinkedIn
→ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
→ A problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
→ The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Location: Noida | Work from Office
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
