Position: Business Development Executive (Night Shift)
Location: Mohali, Phase 8B
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Best in the Industry (Based on Interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online platforms and outbound outreach.
- Identify and connect with potential international clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or IT sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international sales is preferred.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
