About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales for our AI-native software platform. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and positioning advanced AI-driven solutions across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for AI-based software platforms and solutions
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across industries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Engage with CXOs and decision-makers to understand business needs
- Position solutions including AI-native applications, automation, and analytics platforms
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with product, technical, and delivery teams for solution alignment
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends in AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales (preferably SaaS, AI, or tech platforms)
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, automation, and enterprise workflows
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling solutions like SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
Preferred:
- Experience in selling AI-native or data-driven platforms
- Exposure to industries like manufacturing, BFSI, or enterprise IT
