About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Manager with a proven background in the Solar EPC industry. The ideal candidate will lead the HR function, manage workforce planning, recruit technical and leadership talent, ensure statutory compliance, and drive employee engagement to support the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Solar EPC roles including Project Managers, Site Engineers, Design Engineers, Procurement, Sales, and Leadership positions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee lifecycle, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS.
- Partner with department heads to meet manpower requirements across projects.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Build a high-performance culture across corporate and project sites.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 8–12+ years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in the Solar EPC industry (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in technical and leadership hiring within Solar EPC.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience handling corporate office and site workforce.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with C&I, Rooftop, or Utility-Scale Solar EPC companies.
- Hiring for Engineering, Projects, Procurement, O&M, and Sales functions.
- Experience in scaling HR processes for a growing Solar EPC organization.
