Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our IT Hardware & Software products, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate new business leads and maintain customer databases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share quotations with clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and close sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain daily call reports and sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Experience with Justdial, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia portals will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of IT Hardware & Software products is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
